Glitz and Style does not offer refunds but we are more than happy to exchange any items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, we will accept for exchange, items that are in its original package and unworn within 15 days from the purchase date.
To return your product, please send an email to glitzandstyle@glitzandstyle.com. In the email, include the order number which can be found in the confirmation email with the item that was purchased. After confirming the purchase, you will be directed to mail the item(s) to the below address. We ask that you do not send your purchase to the manufacturer. Customers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once the item(s) has been received and inspected, the new product will be shipped. If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
